【摘要】 大学课程的内容和实施方式正在发生着质的变化,在我国中小学新课程建设已取得重要突破的基础上,大学新课程应该在吸纳当前国内外课程研究成果的基础上,结合我国高等教育发展的现状,按要素进行现代大学课程建设。从以学生为中心的理念出发,课程的要素主要包括教师、学生、教学环境、教材等方面,课程要素的建设是学校基本建设的核心,学校的所有管理行为都能够凝聚到课程要素的建设上,也应该凝聚到课程上,学校投入、经营、管理的载体也在课程建设上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contents and implementation of the curricula construction in colleges and universities in China are changing essentially.While the new curricula construction in primary and secondary schools have achieved a break,the equivalence of that in tertiary education in China should set off a new modern curricula construction from the key elements basing in the latest research outcomes both internal and external and in considering the current situations of the tertiary education in China.The process should center on the idea that learners is essential.The key elements include instructors,learners,teaching contexts and textbooks etc.in which the capital construction is the center.All the other administration can and should focus on the construction of the key elements.That is the same to investment,running and management.更多还原
