【摘要】 当前农村初中学校主要存在着教育经费不足、实验室建设不完善、实验教学手段落后、实验开出率不高、教学效果不理想等问题。建议通过加大资金投入、完善实验员管理机制,加强实验教师业务能力的培训工作、推行实验操作考核制度等措施,全面提高农村初中化学教育质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are some problems in countryside junior schools:insufficient educational funds, imperfect experimental construction, out-of-date experimental teaching method, the low rate of having the experimental classes and etc. The author are putting forward some suggestions: such as increasing educational funds, perfecting the management of experimental teachers, strengthening the training of the experimental teachers’ professional ability and carrying out assessment system of experimental operation, improving the teaching quality of junior chemistry class in an all-round way.更多还原
