【摘要】 目的:探讨化瘀破癥胶囊活血化瘀作用的机理。方法:以高分子右旋糖酐静脉注射建立大鼠血瘀模型,分别观察化瘀破癥胶囊对大鼠血瘀模型全血黏度、血浆黏度的变化,并以复方丹参片为对照。结果:化瘀破癥胶囊能显著降低大鼠血瘀模型的全血黏度和血浆黏度(P<0.001),与复方丹参片无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:表明化瘀破癥胶囊有改善血瘀动物的血液高黏状态作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate effect mechanism of Huayu Pozheng Capsule(HYPZC)on promoting blood circulation to resolve stasis.Methods:Rat blood stasis models were established by intravenous injection giant molecule dextran in rat vena caudalis,change of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of HYPZC in rat blood stasis models were observed respectively,and contrast with Fufang DanShen tablet. Results:HYPZC can significantly decrease whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of rat blood stasis models(P<0.001),but which compared with Fufang DanShen tablet,hadn’t significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Indicated HYPZC had improve effect for blood hyperviscous condition of animal blood stasis models.更多还原
