【摘要】 目的:观察舒肝宁注射液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效。方法:108例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿随机分成两组。对照组给予苯巴比妥及尼可刹米口服,治疗组给予舒肝宁注射液静滴。结果:治疗组显效率(70·6%)和总有效率(91.2%)与对照组比较有非常显著性差异,P<0.01。结论:舒肝宁注射液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸安全有效,副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Observation of the effect of Shuganning injection on neonatal hyperbilimbinemia. Methods: 108 neonates suffered from hyperbilirubinemia were randomly selected and divided into two groups: the control group treated with Phenobarbital combined with Nikethamide and the observing group with Shuganning injection.Results: The therapeutic effect in reducing the levels of percutaneous bilirubin concentration(70.6%) and serum bilirubin concentration (91.2%)in the observing group was better than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The results suggested that the therapy of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with Shuganning injection is an effective and sate treatment with less by-effect.更多还原
