【摘要】 目的探讨FasL在大肠癌中表达的生物学意义。方法本研究是自1998年1月至2005年1月采用免疫组化染色法检测70例患者大肠癌腺癌组织中FasL和PCNA的表达,及用TUNEL染色法检测肿瘤周围的淋巴细胞。结果FasL的表达指数与癌旁浸润淋巴细胞凋亡指数呈正相关。FasL和PCNA在大肠癌中的表达呈正相关。结论大肠癌通过表达FasL,攻击淋巴细胞,逃避了机体免疫系统的监视,使肿瘤细胞得以增殖转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the biological significance of expressions of FasL in colorectal carcinoma. Methods From January 1998 to January 2005,the expressions of FasL PCNA of 70 cases with colorectal adenocarcinoma tissuses were detected by the immunohisto chemical staining And lymphocytes besile the tumor were determined by the TUNEL staining method.Results The positive correlation could be seen between the expression index of FasL and the apoptosis index(AI) of infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) besile the carcinoma. The expressions of FasL and PCNA were positively correlated. Conclusion Colorectal carcinoma attacks the lymphocytes through the expressions of FasL. It escapes surveillance of immune system and results in proliferatiom and metastases of tumor cells.更多还原
