【摘要】 目的探讨整形外科手术方法在疣状痣治疗的应用。方法对我科在1999年7月至2004年10月采用整形外科方法行手术切除及修复的10例疣状痣患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果10例患者28处手术部位除1处因面积过大及皮肤牵张带被过度牵引导致皮缘裂开需植皮修复创面,2处因局部病损刮除过浅致复发予再次手术外,余手术部位均治疗成功无并发症。结论手术切除为疣状痣的首选治疗方法。为了安全和取得良好疗效,对于病损面积大及头面部等关键部位的疣状痣,宜采用整形外科方法行肿物切除及创面修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the operative treatment of verrucous nevus using plastic surgical techniques.Methods From July 1999 to September 2004,10 patients with 28 sites of verrucous nevus received plastic surgical techniques were analyzed retrospectively.Results 10 cases with 25 operative locations were treated successfully without complications.Another two lesions were recurrence because of scaling of lesion was not enough,and they were cured after reoperation.The wound edge of the one lesion was splitted owing to its cxtent of excision was too large,so as to over tension in the wound and the defect was reconstructed with split-thickness skin grafting.All the cases were followed-up for a mean period of 13 months(range from 3 months to 6 years)with satisfatory appearances and without recurrence.Conclusion Surgical resection is the first choice of the treatment for verrucous nevus.For taking a safe and satisfactory result,it is suggested to apply plastic techniques for treating the verrucous neves of extensive lesions and locating in cranioface.更多还原
