【摘要】 目的探讨后腹腔镜下肾错构瘤节除术的操作要点及临床价值。方法对我科自2004年8月至2006年1月,5例错构瘤患者在后腹腔镜下行肿瘤剜除术和肾部分切除术进行回顾性分析。结果5例手术全部获得成功,平均手术时间为85min,平均血量95ml,平均术后住院时间为6.8d,手术效果好无,并发症。结论该术式肿瘤切除彻底,创伤小,出血少,恢复快,有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the main point of mani,pulation and clinical value of renal hamartoma resection under retrolaparoscope. Methods From Augest 2004 to January 2006,5 cases with renal hamartoma received tumor enucleation and partial nephrectomy under retrolaparoscope were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operations of 5 cases were gotten successfully. The average operating time was 85 minutes,avrage blood loss was 95 ml and average postoperative hospitalization was 6.8 days. The operative efficacy was well. No intraoperative and postoperative complications were found. Conclusion This procedure possesses many advantages, including complete tumor excision,less trauma,less blood loss and prompt recovery.更多还原
