【摘要】 目的观察改良疝环填充式疝修补术(Millikan术式)的临床疗效。方法自2000年6月至2004年6月间,采用改良疝环填充式疝修补术(Millikan术式)与同期疝环填充式疝修补术各治疗腹股沟疝52例,进行随机配对的临床疗效对比观察。结果两种术式手术时间相近,手术并发症,术后恢复时间无明显差异,均无复发;但Millikan术式术后不适感明显减轻。结论Milllikan术式安全可行,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the Clinical effect on modfied tension-tree hernioplasty.Methods From June 2000 to June 2004,52 cases with 52 cases modified tension free hernioplasty(Millikan procedure)and 52 cases tension-free hermoplasty were used for treating inguinal hernia at the same time.Comparing observation of clinical efficacy was performed randomly.Results Two Kinks of surgical procedure were no obvious defference in the operative time,complications and postoperative recovery time,And no recurrence was found in all cases.But postoperative discomfort was reduced significantly in the Millikan procedure.Conclusion Millikan procedure possesses safe,practicable and a good efficacy.更多还原
