由氢键构筑的钴(Ⅲ)配位超分子的合成、晶体结构及光电性能
Synthesis,Structure and Photoelectric Property of a Co(Ⅲ) Coordination Supramolecule
【摘要】 采用水热合成方法,合成了一种Co(Ⅲ)配合物{[Co(Hbtec)(phen)(H2O)3].H2O},其结构经单晶X-射线衍射测定.结构分析表明化合物晶体中存在着丰富的氢键,从而将化合物分子网联成了配位超分子.采用表面光电压及场诱导表面光电压技术研究了配合物的光伏性能.结果表明,该化合物在300~800 nm范围内有较强的光伏响应,且呈现出P型半导体的特征.此外,讨论了化合物的反应历程及UV-VIS-NIR及FT-IR光谱.
【Abstract】 A complex {[Co(Hbtec)(phen)(H2O)3](H2O)} has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and the structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The analysis of structure shows that the complex is a 3D coordination supramolecule constructed by various hydrogen bonds.The photoelectric transfer property was investigated by surface photovoltage spectroscopy(SPS) and field-induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy(FISPS) techniques, and the result reveals that the complex exhibits stronger surface photovoltage (SPV) response in the range of 300800 nm,and possesses the characteristic of p-type semiconductor.In addition,we tentatively discussed the reaction procedure and the spectroscopies of UV-VIS-NIR and FT-IR.
