【摘要】 以普兰店市为例进行县级生态城市评价与规划目标研究,首先应用加权综合评价法进行生态城市的综合评价,建立评价生态城市的指标体系,然后再用层次分析法确定各项评价指标的权重,计算出普兰店市创建生态城市的综合评价值.根据综合评价值和子系统评价值分析普兰店市创建生态城市的优势和制约因素,在此基础上探讨城市发展的规划目标.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the evaluation and plan of the county level ecology cities,taking Pulandian city as the example.Basing on the method of weighted comprehensive evaluation,it set up an index system of appraising the ecological cities.By using the leveled analytic approach to acquire the weights,it calculates the synthetical value of the city.According to the synthetical value and the subsystem value,it analyzes the superiority and the restriction factor for constructing Pulandian as an ecological city and prospects the goal of the city’s development.更多还原
