盐胁迫下嫁接茄子中几种保护酶活性的变化
The Change of Several Protected Enzyme’s Activity on Grafted Eggplants under Salt Stress
【摘要】 试验以嫁接茄子为研究对象,设4个不同盐分胁迫处理(0、50 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、150 mmol/L),研究了NaCl胁迫下嫁接茄子中O2-产生速率及几种保护酶活性的变化情况。结果表明:在NaCl胁迫下嫁接茄子中O2-产生速率的上升幅度小于自根茄子,茄子幼苗叶片及根系中的POD活性上升,SOD活性下降,CAT活性先上升后下降,但嫁接苗的保护酶活性始终高于自根苗。
【Abstract】 This experiment use grafted eggplant as study object,set up four different salt stress treatment(0、50 mmol/L、100 mmol/L、150 mmol/L),the change of O2-generation rate and several protected enzyme’s activity on grafted eggplants under salt stress was studied.These results indicated that the ascend extent of generation rate of O2-on grafted eggplants under salt stress,POD activity ascended in leaves and roots of eggplant seedlings,SOD activity declined,CAT activity ascended at first and then declined,but protected enzyme’s activity of grafted seedlings are higher than own-root seedlings all the time.
