溶剂回流法提取海藻有效成分工艺研究

【摘要】 用正交实验探讨了海藻有效成分提取的最佳工艺,研究结果表明:在乙醇体积浓度为50%,剂料比为14 mL/g,回流次数为2次,回流时间为每次1 h的条件下,提取效果最好。实验操作简单,重现性好,可行性强,为后续精制工艺提供前提条件。

【Abstract】 The optimum extracting conditions of virtual component in seaweeds were investigated by the orthogonal design.The results showed that the volume concentration of ethanol was 50 %,the ratio of solvent to the weight of seaweeds was 14 ml/g,the degree of circumfluence was two,and the every time of extraction was 1 h.The operation is simple,feasible,easily repeated and affords prior condition for the refinement craft in the future.
