【摘要】 分析介绍了饱和滤饼的洗涤现状及存在的问题。应用置换、传质理论,建立了饱和滤饼置换、扩散洗涤的数学模型。通过实例计算出浓度比与洗涤比的关系,并与前人实验结果比较,证明了该数学模型的正确合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study actuality on the washing of saturated filter-cake was introduced and the problems existed were analyzed. During the process of replacement and diffusion, the mathematical models of saturated filter-cake were established basing on the fundamentals of replacement and mass transfer, and the relationship of concentration ratio and washing ratio was computed by engineering example. The mathematical models were proved accurately and reasonably by comparing the calculating results with experiments.更多还原
