金属防锈剂制备新方法的研究

【摘要】 为了探求金属防锈剂制备工艺简单、投资少、见效快、防锈效果好、无毒无污染的新方法。首先以十二烷基硫酸钠,EDTA按质量比1∶1的比例制备复合缓蚀剂。其次硼酸、氨水、氢氧化钠按一定比例混合得到碱性溶液。在碱溶液中加入复合缓蚀剂得到了新的水溶性金属防锈剂。与文献相比,该法取消了有毒、致癌的亚硝酸盐,新的复合缓蚀剂取代了FH缓蚀剂。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the method of preparation for mental rust preventives,a new method was found through a large number of experiments,which is simple in technology,less in investment,quick in effectiveness,good in preventing rust,poison-free and pollution-free.First,sodium lauryl sulfate and EDTA were put into the prepared complex inhibitor at the rate of 1:1 in mass.Then,Acid Boric,Ammonium hydroxide,and NaOH were mixed into alkaline solution in certain proportion,once the complex inhibitor was put into the above solution,the new water metal rust preventive was obtained.Therefore,the FH stabilizer was replaced with a new complex inhibitor by means of this method,in which no poisonous nitrites were adopted.
