最佳跳闸—重合闸过程的研究

【摘要】 针对输电线路继电保护跳闸—重合闸电气操作全过程,综合考虑电力系统稳定性和发电机轴系扭振两项指标,提出了最佳跳闸—重合闸过程。发生故障时,在最佳跳闸时刻只切除故障相;瞬时故障时,在最佳合闸时刻分相重合,若重合不成功,在最佳跳闸时刻分相跳闸;永久性故障时,在最佳跳闸时刻分相跳开非故障相,闭锁重合闸。仿真结果表明,该方案不仅大幅提高了电力系统稳定性,增强了系统之间的联系,还明显削弱了对机组的冲击,提高系统综合效益达40%以上。

【Abstract】 Based on the whole trip-reclosure process and considered the two important targets,the stability of power system and the shaft torsional oscillation of generators,a scheme of optimal trip-reclosure process were all proposed.Only are the fault phases tripped at optimal trip time for fault.The switches reclose at optimal reclosure time by phases for instantaneous fault and are sequential tripped at optimal trip time,when the reclosure fails.The switches are sequential tripped at optimal trip time and shut down reclose for permanent fault.The simulation result expatiates that the reclosure process scheme can improve the stability of power system,strengthen the connections between systems,avoid severe impact on generators and improve the integrative benefit of power system by more than 40 percent.
