大客车车架的Pro/E建模及不同工况受力分析
Modeling of Bus Frame by Pro/E and Force Analysis under Different Loads
【摘要】 应用Pro/E软件对某型大客车的车架进行建模,针对该车架的结构特点,采用表面模型方法,以面代替体,保证其特性的同时进行局部简化。将完成的模型导入到ANSYS软件中进行网格划分,建立有限元模型,对载荷的简化和加力方法进行研究,并分析了不同工况下车架的受力情况,结果表明文中所设计的建模和分析手段是行之有效的,为车架的初步设计提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Pro/E software was applied to set up bus frame model,according to bus frame structural characteristics,the bus frame was built with areas instead of volume,and the local parts of model were simplified in consideration of other characteristics unchanged.The complete model was imported to ANSYS software to build FEM model by areas mesh,meanwhile the loading simplication and its increase on the frame were researched.States that different loads effected on the frame were studied,the model building and analyses were proved to be workable and effective,offering references for primarily designing bus frame.
