【摘要】 目的分析60岁以上老干部住院患者的死因。方法回顾我科15年来337例60岁以上老干部住院死亡患者病例,分析致死疾病的顺位排列。结果老干部住院患者死因前5位构成顺位依次是恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、脑血管疾病、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病。结论增强干部保健意识,改善生活方式, 定期全面体检,做到对疾病早防早诊早治,是降低死亡的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analysis the death causes of gray-headed cadre over 60 years old in Hospital. Method A total of 337 dead gray-headed cadre patients over 60 years old in hospital were included in this retrospective study. Analysis the marshaling sequence of the lethal disease. Results For the dead patients of gray-headed cadre in Hospital, the top five death causes from high to low were malig nancy, disease of respiratory system, cerebrovascular disease, disease of circulatory system, disease of digestive system. Conclusion The keys to step down the death were as follows: enhance the consciousness of health maintenance, improve the life style, take the health examination regularly, diagnose and cure as early as possible.更多还原
