【Abstract】 A problem of nationality conflict rises frequently,due to a lack of uniform code on nationality in international law.The article thoroughly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of dual nationality,and argues that the possibility of a dual nationality shouldbe studied within a certain extent and only as an exception of the underlying single nationality regime,which should be insistde.Finally some feasible suggestions are proposed to solve the incurred international conflicts.更多还原
