【Abstract】 The author tries to discuss the protection and assistance for migrant labor force in India during the social transition in the perspective of the function of state and social society.In order to protect and assist the migrant labor force,India government and social society do a lot of works,which include the legislation of state,government polices and the activity of non-government.Through analyzing the success or failure from India,the author attempts to provide some experience to solve the rights protection of the migrant labor force in China.更多还原
