【Abstract】 Investigation on wetlands conservation is the base of wetlands’ legislation. Took wetland investigation of Longhai as anexample, the paper introduced the wetlands’ usefulness, main existing problems, current conservation systems, problems of relevantlaws and regulations that are currently enforced in wetland management and protection.
