采用扩张阳极与改性隔膜技术 降低隔膜法烧碱电耗
Reducing the electricity consumption in diaphragm caustic soda production by anode expansion and diaphragm modification techniques
【摘要】 对改性隔膜与扩张阳极电解槽技术的理论依据、技术特点进行了简要介绍,阐述了制作改性隔膜所用的石棉绒及改性剂。采用改性隔膜扩张阳极技术的电解槽比普通隔膜电解槽单槽电压可降低0.15 V左右,生产1 t烧碱可节电105 kW.h。
【Abstract】 The theory basis and characteristics of the technique for modifing diaphragm and expanding anode electrolyzer are introduced in brief.The asbestos fiber and the modifiers used for making modified diaphragm is related.The single groove voltage of the electrolyzer by modified diaphragm and expanded anode technique can be reduced by about 0.15 V than that of common diaphragm electrolyzer.And 105 kW·h electric quantity can be saved by producing caustic soda per ton.
