【Abstract】 The author thinks that it has been unsuitable to keep on developing the PVC/chlor-alkali industry of high-energy consumption in Shandong Province recently,and proposes that the related production plants and investors pay attention to the huge risk for building new PVC /chlor-alkali projects,and should not build such kind of new projects again.The PVC/chlor-alkali industry in the west of our country should also develop in coordination with the local economics.The large-scale transportation of liquid caustic soda from west to east is to be avoided,so as to prevent the east and southeast markets from being influenced.更多还原
