【Abstract】 In recent years,motorcycling robbery and forcible seizure in our country is increasingly changing and gravely influences social stability.The Supreme Court has issued the relevant regulations of adjudicating to severely punish crimes of this kind.The essay analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of cracking down of the motorcycling robbery and forcible seizure crimes and finally proposes the effective striking measures,hoping to be helpful to cracking down these kinds of crimes for various police organs so as to ensure normal and peaceful life for the people.更多还原
