结核性浆膜腔积液细胞图文报告模式的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨结核性浆膜腔积液细胞图文报告模式与临床诊断及淋巴细胞增生积分之相关性。方法确定结核性及拟结核性浆膜腔积液细胞图文报告模式,分析积液细胞图文报告及图片积液淋巴细胞增生积分,以明确其对临床结核性浆膜腔积液诊断的价值。结果细胞学图文报告与临床诊断之间总符合率达87.8%,结核性浆膜腔积液成熟淋巴细胞增生积分(2.85±0.67)明显高于恶性肿瘤组(1.42±0.56)及非特异性炎症组(1.12±0.33),P<0.001。结论细胞图文报告模式能为临床结核性浆膜腔积液的诊断和鉴别诊断提供一种新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the relationship between the pattern of the reports of the pictures and literature about the cells in serosa cavity liquid of tuberculosis and the clinical diagnosis and the scores of lymphocyte . Methods To confirm the pattern of the reports and to analyze the characteristic of the cells in the fluid and the relationship with the clinical diagnosis. Results The overall conforming rate of the report with the clinical diagnosis is 87.8% .The scores of lymphocyte in the cases of tuberculosis are higher than those in the cases of nontuberculosis(P<0.01). Conclusion The report combining the cell pictures and literature has provided a new mode for clinical diagnosis of the serosa cavity liquid of tuberculosis .更多还原
