彩色多普勒超声诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的价值

【摘要】 目的评价彩色多普勒超声对主动脉夹层动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例主动脉夹层动脉瘤的超声特征,并与手术对照。结果Debakey I型2例、Debakey II型5例、DebakeyIII型5例。术前正确诊断10例(83%),漏诊2例。结论彩色多普勒超声是临床诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm. Methods The ultrasonographic images in 12 patients with aortic dissecting aneurysm. were retrospectively reviewed and compared to surgery. Results 10 (83%) cases with aortic dissecting aneurysm were accurately diagnosed on sonography,and 2 cases was misdiagnosed. Among the 12 cases type I was in 2 cases,type II in 5 cases and type III in 5cases. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is an effective method for diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm.更多还原
