高阻尼GZ50铜合金盐雾腐蚀旋转弯曲疲劳试验研究
RESEARCH ON ROTATING BENDING FATIGUE TESTING OF HIGH DAMPING GZ50 COPPER ALLOY UNDER SALTY-FOG CORROSIVE CIRCUMSTANCE
【摘要】 针对高阻尼GZ50铜合金的应用背景,结合PWC-6型旋转弯曲疲劳试验机,设计制作了一套盐雾腐蚀疲劳试验用装置,同时改良了另外一台同类型的旋转弯曲疲劳试验机。采用升降法,在盐雾腐蚀和空气环境下,分别在两台试验机上完成了两组不同试样尺寸的GZ50铜合金旋转弯曲疲劳试验,并对试验结果进行了比较和分析。试验结果为GZ50铜合金的具体应用提供了依据。
【Abstract】 According to application background of high damping GZ50 copper alloy,combining with a PWC-6 rotating bending fatigue-testing machine,a device floating salty-fog used for corrosion fatigue testing was designed.Simultaneously,in terms of the test,another testing machine with the same type was improved.Through up-down method,under salty-fog corrosive and air circumstance,on two testing machine,two series of rotating bending fatigue testing with different dimensional specimens of GZ50 copper alloy were performed and the test results were compared and analyzed,which would provide reference for concrete application of GZ50 copper alloy.
