氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定绞股蓝中痕量铋

【摘要】 研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中草药绞股蓝中痕量铋的适宜条件,试验了不同的消解方式、酸介质和还原剂用量对测定铋的影响。在最佳测定条件下,铋的线性范围为0.1~200μg.L-1,检出限为0.095μg.L-1。样品分析结果的相对标准偏差为4.28%(n=6),加标平均回收率为99.5%。

【Abstract】 A method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry with hydride-generation for the determination of traces of bismuth in the medicinal herb Gynostemma Pentaphyllum was reported in this paper.Effects of different methods of sample digestion different acid-medium and acidity of the analyte and the amounts of reductant added on the determination of bismuth were studied and optimized.Linear relationship between peak area and concentration of bismuth was found in the range of 0.1-200μg.L-1.A detection limit of 0.095μg.L-1was found by successive determination of the blank solution for 15 times.In its application to sample analysis,values of RSD(n= 6) and average recovery of 4.28% and 99.5% were obtained.
