转炉应用碳化硅合金化的生产实践

【摘要】 30t转炉用w(SiC)=82%~88%的碳化硅合金替代硅铁和增碳剂进行转炉合金化试验的生产实践表明,该工艺稳定性好,与同品种原脱氧合金化工艺相比,新脱氧合金化工艺钢的化学成分内控率提高10%~18%,HRB335、HRB400螺纹钢的抗拉强度平均提高10MPa.

【Abstract】 Alloying experiments have been carried out in a 30 t converter using 82 % to 88 % w(SiC) containing alloy in lieu of ferrosilicon and carburetant.Results show that this process is featured of high operating consistency and the internal control rate of the chemical compositions of the tested steel has been raised by 10 % to 18 % in comparison with that of the untested steel and the tensile strength of rebar steel HRB335 and HRB400 improved by 10 MPa.
