【Abstract】 In refining H08 weld electrode steel in converter with the steel-making technology for pseudo-rimmed steel the shape and behavior of non-metal inclusions in steel depends upon the extent of deoxidation of the hot metal and it can directly affect the quality of the steel.In order to improve the quality of H08 weld electrode steel necessary examination and analysis have been carried out on the CC billet and an in-depth investigation in the billet and behavior of non-metal inclusions in the billet for H08 weld electrode steel conducted.更多还原
