ASMS法铁水脱硫技术的开发和应用

【摘要】 4年多的生产运行结果表明,所开发的ASMS法连续脱硫技术能实现铁水连续脱硫,能自动排渣,脱硫效果好,具有铁水温降小、设备简单、运行可靠,操作简便,环境污染轻的优点。铁水脱硫率可达到85%,可使铁水w(S)达到0.010%以下,用此连续脱硫技术,综合脱硫成本低于喷粉法。

【Abstract】 Results of more than four years of practical operation show that the newly developed ASMS(auto-seperation of metal and slag)-the continuous desulphurization technology realized the set goal of continuous hot metal desulphurization since it has such a few advantages as deslagging automatically,high desulphurization effect,low hot metal temperature drop,simplified equipment requirement,high reliability of running,ease of operation and insignificant environmental burden.By adoption of this technology w(S) in the hot metal can be reduced to(0.010 %) below and the composite desulpurization cost is less than that by the powder injection technology.
