【Abstract】 Enterprise job planning provides a basis for the core enterprise in supply chain to schedule short-term production activities.An optimal solution to the purchase planning of the core enterprise in supply chain is presented.It includes: a job planning architecture which is used to program purchase planning,an optimal solution with a general mathematical model for the purchase planning,and a Gantt Chart which is used to monitor the execution of the purchase planning of the core enterprise.In comparison with other methods,it is obviously convenient for schedulers or enterprise managers to schedule and manage the supply chain activities of the core enterprise.更多还原
