【Abstract】 The law education values refer to subjects’ consistent views on the relationship between law education and their own demands and interests under some historical context.It is necessary for China to reconstruct its law education values due to the separation of law education from the system orientation of National Judicial Examination(NJE),the ambiguity of law education aim in contrast to the multi-level law education goals,the contradiction between the simplex talent goal and the complex talent requirements of the knowledge-based economy,and the confluent,converging tendency of professional attainment values and theoretical attainment values of law education.更多还原
