【摘要】 近年来,我国毒品问题愈演愈烈,已经成为影响我国社会稳定、破坏社会治安的头号问题。“严打”作为我国传统的毒品问题的治理模式,事实证明已经不适应现代社会中出现的新情况、新问题,不能起到遏制毒品犯罪的作用。这就需要我们转变毒品问题的治理模式,通过对毒品问题的综合治理,抑制毒品市场的扩展,切断毒品的供求链,有效控制毒品问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the problem of drug in our country is more and more severe.It has been a top problem,which affects our social stability and damages public security.As our traditional treatment pattern for drug problem,"strike-hard" was proved by facts that it has not been consistent to new situations and new problems,and it also cannot have an effect on the control of drug crime.So we need to transfer treatment pattern for drug problem,to restrain the enlargement of drug market,cut the chain of its supply and demand, and control drug problem effectively through comprehensive treatment.更多还原
