水镁石粉体粒径与偶联对其改性PA6复合材料性能的影响

【摘要】 通过力学性能测试及SEM分析,探讨了不同粒径水镁石粉与不同偶联剂处理对PA6/水镁石复合材料力学性能的影响。研究表明:采用KH550偶联剂、处理7500目水镁石粉,对PA6体系改性效果较好,达到了增强增韧的目的。

【Abstract】 The effects of different partical diameters and different couple agents on the mechanical properties of PA6/ brucite composites were studied by means of testing mechanical properties and analysing stereoscan photographes,the results show that when the content of brucite with 7500 meshes is 30% by weight,the mechanical performance of PA6/ brucite composites were better than those of PA6,the composites with elasticizer and reinforcement were obtained;compared with other coupling agents following.The addition of AO-3 to PA6/ brucite composites improved the mechanical properties obviously.
