湖南浏阳电瓷坯土的烧结相变规律研究
Mineral Phase Transformation During the Sintering of the GreenBody of Electric Ceramics Made of Liuyang Clays
【摘要】 烧结过程中的物相变化是影响陶瓷性能的控制性因素。本文系统研究了湖南浏阳电瓷坯土在烧结过程中的物相变化规律及其与显微结构变化间的关系。分析表明:400~650℃,为高岭石脱羟基阶段;650~1000℃,为变高岭石的生成阶段;从1000℃开始,莫来石逐步生成,矿物玻璃化现象显著,电瓷的气孔结构、致密度和晶界密度等显微特征呈现相应的变化,逐步达到产品要求。
【Abstract】 Mineral phase transformation during sintering is an important factor influencing the ceramics performance.By integrating sintering experiments and multiple analysis techniques,we systematically studied the phase transformation in green body of electric ceramics made of Liuyang calys caused by sintering.The dehydroxy of kaolinite during 400~650℃;crystallization phase of halloysite at 650~1 000℃,vitrification and gradual formation of mullite after 1 000℃ were disclosed.Then,the influence of phase transformation on the microstructure of ceramics was discussed.
