加强创新 发展循环经济 促进我国磷复肥行业持续健康发展
Improving our capacity for independent innovation,developing a circular economy in order to ensure sustainable and sound growth of China’s phosphate & compound fertilizer industry
【摘要】 总结“十五”期间磷肥行业取得的成绩和经验;磷肥工业发展存在问题及面临的挑战;磷肥行业“十一五”发展目标、产业政策及重点工作。
【Abstract】 The achievements and experiences obtained from China’s phosphate & compound fertilizer industry during the period of the Tenth FiveYear Plan are reviewed,the existing problems and facing challenge are also discussed,finally the targets,industries policies and key tasks set in the Eleventh FiveYear Plan are presented.
