对廊坊市健身俱乐部教练员现状的调查与分析
A Survey and Analysis on the Present Situation of Coaches in Fitness Clubs of Langfang City
【摘要】 采用问卷、观察和访谈等方法,对廊坊市11家具有规模的健身俱乐部的教练员现状进行调查与分析。主要结论是:廊坊市健身俱乐部教练员队伍具有年轻、文化程度较高、等级称号的种类丰富、少数无技术职称等特点。
【Abstract】 Based on questionnaire,observation and interview etc,we have got the following results of the present situation of coaches in fitness clubs of Langfang City:most coaches are young,well-educated and have kinds of grade titles.However,a few have no technical titles.
