【摘要】 [目的]探讨大学生心理健康状况及其影响因素。[方法]采用大学生人格问卷(universitypersonalityinventory,UPI)对828名大学生(其中男363例,女465例;年龄17~25岁)进行心理健康问卷调查与分析。[结果]828人中经筛选属于第一类人格类型的有210名,占25.36%;第二类人格类型有251名,占30.31%;第三类人格类型有367名,占44.32%。一、二类学生即可能存在心理健康问题,心理问题发生率占55.68%(461/828)。学生家庭结构、居住地区、父母文化程度、独生子女与否、不同的年级等对其心理健康影响明显(P<0.05)。影响大学生心理健康的多因素分析结果显示,独生子女是健康型人格的保护因素,OR=0.746(95%CI:0.533~0.845);家庭结构不完整(缺陷),OR=3.676(95%CI:1.352~9.992),是促进非健康型人格发生的危险因素。[结论]大学生发生各种不同程度的心理健康问题较为普遍,应该加强对大学生的心理健康知识教育、提供心理咨询,从而提高大学生心理健康素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the condition of mental health in university students and to analyze its influential factors. Methods 828 university students( male 363,female 465,age range: 17~25 years)were questionnaired by UPI. Results 210 students were in the first Personality type,accounted for 25.36%;251 students were in the second Personality type,accounted for 30.31%;367 students were in the third Personality type,accounted for 44.32%. The rate of mental health problems was 55.68% (461/828). The condition of mental health in university students were infected apparently by their family formation,living area , educational level of parents,the only child of one couple or not and different Grades(P < 0.05). The multi-factor analysis result showed that,the only child of one couple was the protective factor of personality health,OR=0.746(95% CI:0.533~0.845);the incomplete family structure (OR=3.676,95%CI:1.352~9.992)was the risk factor of promoting non-healthy personality type. Conclusion Various mental health problems exited in many of university students. In order to enhance university students mental health ,we should strengthen mental health education and provide psychological counseling for university students.更多还原
