视屏辐射致电脑操作人员DNA损伤
DNA Damage Induced by Radiation from Video Display Terminal in Computer Operators
【摘要】 [目的]研究视屏辐射对人体的影响。[方法]选择使用电脑1年以上,并完整填写调查表及抽取血样的人员92名(男47名,女45名)为接触组,平均年龄为(22±1.5)岁;选择未接触电脑人员18名(男8名,女10名)为对照组,平均年龄为(20±1.9)岁。两组年龄差异无显著性。两组吸烟和饮酒率差异无显著性。运用彗星试验检测两组外周淋巴细胞DNA损伤。[结果]接触组的细胞损伤率及DNA损伤专用单位均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);但各级别接触组间细胞损伤率及DNA损伤专用单位均未发现差异有显著性(P>0.05)。[结论]视屏辐射可能对人体有一定的遗传毒性作用。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effect of radiation from visual display termina(lVDT)on DNA damage in computer operators. [Methods] Those persons who use computer above one year were selected as exposure group exposed to radiation from VDT,and persons who have never used computer were selected as control group. The blood samples were collected in two groups. There were 92 persons(47 man,45 woman;age:22±1.5 year) in the exposed group;and 18 persons(8 man,10 woman;age:20±1.9 year)in the control group. DNA damage of peripheral lymphocytes was detected with comet assay[. Results] In exposed group,the rate of cell damage and Arbitrary(the unit of DNA damage)were increased,and were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.05). According to the dose of exposure,the exposed group was divided to four groups,and no significant difference was found among exposed groups(P > 0.05). [Conclusion] Radiation from VDT has the genotoxic effect on peripheral lymphocytes of exposed people. .
