高效氯氰菊酯对雄兔睾丸及精液的生殖毒性研究

【摘要】 [目的]观察高效氯氰菊酯是否对雄兔睾丸及精液产生损害。[方法]用高效氯氰菊酯乳油喷洒饲草,然后以自由采食的方式使家兔染毒。实验时将家兔,按0、1.5、3.0、4.5mg/(kg·d)4个剂量组连续饲喂高效氯氰菊酯8周。饲喂实验结束后,检测精液质量和睾丸组织学变化。[结果]与对照组相比,3.0、4.5mg/(kg·d)剂量组精子密度、精子活力、精子畸形率以及睾丸组织结构均发生显著变化(P<0.05),而1.5mg/(kg·d)剂量组与对照组相比差异不明显(P>005)。[结论]当高效氯氰菊酯染毒量达到3.0mg/(kg·d),可导致雄兔睾丸组织结构受损和精液质量下降。

【Abstract】 [ Objective] To study the effect ofβ-CP emulsion on semen and testicle in male rabbits. [ Methods] According to the dose of β-CP emulsion treatment,the male rabbits was divided into four groups(0,1.5,3.0,4.5 mg/(kg·d)). The liquid of β-CP emulsion was sprayed on forage which was fed to rabbits. The duration of experiment last 56 days. At the end of experiment,rabbits were sacrificed,and the semen qualities and the tissue structure of testicles were examined. [ Results] Compared with control group,sperm density,sperm motility,malformation rate and tissue structure of the testicle in 3.0 mg/(kg·d) and 4.5 mg/(kg·d)groups changed significantly(P < 0.05),but didn’t change obviously in 1.5 mg/(kg·d)group(P > 0.05). [Conclusion] These findings indicated that the intake of β-CP in rabbitsup to 3.0 mg/(kg·d) could induce adverse effects on semen quality and testicle structure in rabbit.
