食用油及其加热产物对果蝇寿命的影响

【摘要】 [目的]研究食用油及其加热产物(烹调油烟和烹调剩油)对果蝇寿命的影响。[方法]采用OrengonK野生型黑腹果蝇,分别喂饲含有烹调油烟、烹调剩油和未加热食用油(浓度分别为0.67%、2.00%和6.00%)的培养基,隔天计数果蝇的死亡数,直至果蝇全部死亡。[结果]染毒组雌雄果蝇半数死亡时间(LT50)与对照组比较,分别缩短了10~37d和1~24d;平均寿命(MLS)分别缩短了9~30d和2~23d;平均最高寿命(MMLS)分别缩短了16~44d和5~33d;除雄性0.67%油烟组外,染毒组的MLS和MMLS均显著低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]食用油加热产物有明显缩短果蝇寿命的作用。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the impact of the products of heated cooking oil on accelerating the aging process of Drosophila Melanogaster. [Methods] Newly trapped and not mated fruit flies were collected within 8 hours, separated by sex and divided randomly into different groups. Different concentrations of residue heated oil or cooking oil fume were added in the culture medium of each group. The number of died flies were counted every 2 days and the culture medium replaced every 4 days until all flies died. [Results] The LT50 of test groups were lower than the control group, shortened by 10~37 days in female and 1~24 days in male respectively; MLS shortened by 9~30 days and 2~23 days in different sex respectively, and MMLS shortened by 16~44 days and 5~33 days respectively. Except the 0.67% group of cooking oil fume in male flies, the mean life-span and maximal mean life-span of test groups were significantly shortened(P < 0.05 or P <0.01). [Conclusion] The products of heated cooking oil can shorten thelife span of Drosophila Melanogaster.
