【摘要】 研究人民币升值对中国就业结构的影响,通过实证分析从贸易渠道来看,纺织、化工、机电等行业就业量将会减少;从外需向内需转换的结构调整渠道来看:由于总需求在人民币币值上升之后是保持不变的,那么从总体而言,总就业也是保持相对平稳。为应对人民币升值对就业带来的负面影响,政府要发展职业教育与技术培训,提高劳动者适应市场的能力,更重要的是诱导资金向劳动力密集型产业投入,大力发展中小企业来充分吸收社会劳动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the impact of RMB appreciation on china’s employment structure.Through positive research,it comes to the following conclusions. Firstly,from the trade channel,the employment of textile,chemical and machinery & electronics will decrease.Secondly,from the channel of structure adjustment from exterior demand to inner demand,the overall employment will be stable because of the steady total demand.In order to counteract the negative impact of RMB appreciation,government should develop the program of professional education and technical training to improve labor’s market adaptation ability.More important is to induce capital to invest in the labor-intensive industry and support the SME’s development to absorb more labor force.更多还原
