【Abstract】 In view of not having a strong engineering course consciousness,lacking of hardware and teachers and not having a strong scientific research comprehensive strength to train the local normal colleges’ engineering students’ professional skills,we should raise engineering course consciousness, establish the position of the engineering speciality in the school development ,make a scientific localization and offer the effective operation guide for the training of engineering students’ professional skills.At the same time,we should strengthen the means and method that the professional skill trains,improve the hardware of running a school,confirm the training of engineering students’ professional skills.And we should accelerate the construction of teachers’ team,improve the ability of scientific research,offer effective and strong guidance for the training of engineering students’ professional skills.更多还原
