火焰原子吸收光谱法测定番石榴中的微量元素
Determination on Trace Element Contents in Guava by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定番石榴中K、Na、Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn等八种微量元素,方法的相对标准偏差在0.65%-2.3%之间,回收率在97.6%-103%之间,分析结果表明番石榴中含有丰富的金属元素,该法简便、灵敏度高、结果准确。
【Abstract】 The trace elements of K,Na,Mg,Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn in guava are determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) of the methods are within 0.65%-2.3% and the recoveries obtained are in the range from 97.6% to 103%.As a result,it has been proved that the trace metal elements are abundant in guava.The method is convenient,rapid and accurate.
