【摘要】 分析西方政府绩效评价的实践发展阶段,特别是20世纪70年代以来西方大规模开展的“新公共管理”运动背景下绩效评价的运用和实践,总结其侧重点及发展趋势。基于我国政府绩效评价现状与存在的问题,提出西方实践对我国的启示,以期为我国政府绩效评价体系的构建提供参考,从而促进政府的绩效水平与行政能力的提高。更多还原
