【Abstract】 Based on the safety status and safety issue in construction industry,this paper illuminats that the construction safety issue is an external diseconomics phenomena and results from the economic activies adopted by the construction enterprises to pursue the maximum profits. The essential reason of this phenomena is the market matfunctions or the government malfunctions. Due to the malfunction existence,some construction enterprises which have no safety conditions may enter the construction market. Therefore,the safety issue in construction industry has been continuing until now. To improve the safety conditions,this paper puts forward the corresponding counter measures.更多还原
