【摘要】 目的探讨p27^kip1、cyclinE在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法分别检测p27^kip1、cyclinE在59例胃癌中的表达。结果p27^kip1在正常胃粘膜组织阳性率显著高于胃癌组织中阳性率（P<0·05）,胃癌组织中高中分化腺癌pp27^kip1阳性率显著高于低分化腺癌与胃粘液癌（P<0·05）,后两者间无显著性差异（P>0·05）。cyclinE在胃癌组织中阳性率明显高于正常胃粘膜组织（P<0·05）,胃癌组织中粘液癌和低分化腺癌阳性率显著高于高中分化腺癌阳性率（P<0·05）,前两者间无显著性差异（P>0·05）,p27^kip1与cyclinE二者呈负相关（r=-0·82）。结论胃癌组织中p27^kip1表达下降、cyclinE表达升高可能与胃癌发生相关。随着病理分化程度降低,p27^kip1表达降低,cyclinE表达升高,提示p27^kip1、cyclinE可能与胃癌的生物学行为有关。p27^kip1、cyclinE平衡失调可能促进胃癌的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the roles of p27^kip1 and cyclinE in gastric carcinoma of three different pathologic types. Methods:We detected the expression of p27 kip1 and cyclinE in 59 gastric cancer samples by immuno-histochemical staining technique （SP method）. Results:The positive rate of p27^kip1 expression in normal gastric mucosa cells was significantly higher than that of gastric carcinoma （P<0.05）. The positive rate of p27 kip1 expression in well or middle differentiation adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than those in poor differentiation group and mucoid carcinoma group （P<0.05）; while there was no significance difference between the the latter two groups （P<0.05） .The positive rate of cyclinE expression in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal gastric mucosa （P<0.05）. The positive rate of cyclinE expression in poor differentitation group and mucoid carcinoma group were significantly higher than that in well or middle differentitation group, but there was no significant higher than that in well or middle differentitation group , but there was no significant difference between the fronter two groups （P<0.05）. A negative correlation was observed between the expression of p27 kip1 and cyclinE （P<0.05）. Conclusion:The low expression of p27^kip1 and the high expression of cyclinE was associated with the progression of gastric cancer and probably related to the behavior of cellular biology. Abnormalities between p27^kip1 and cyclinE expression probably play an role in tumorigenesis of gastric cancer.更多还原
