【摘要】 目的调查并分析抗青光眼术后随访状况及失访原因,评价影响青光眼术后随访的相关因素。方法对1186例青光眼术后患者有计划地连续随访5年,观察内容包括视力、眼压、眼底、视野及术后相关的并发症。对失访者进行失访原因调查。结果坚持随访5年者仅428例(36.09%)。术后失访率在3、6、12、24、36、及60个月分别为13.15%、31.53%、37.94%、51.18%、55.90%及63.91%。在失访的患者中以高龄、经济条件差、交通不便利及文化程度偏低者为多。结论推测在我国有相当数量的青光眼术后患者不能坚持长期随访,应引起眼科医生及社会的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of failing in the follow-up after antiglaucome operation.Methods 1186 cases of postoperation on glaucome were followed up for 5 years.The changes of intraocular pressure(IOP),visual acuity,visual field and post-operation complications were observed in a workable plan.The reasons for failing in the follow-up of antiglaucome surgeries were investigated and analyzed.Results The rates of failing in the follow-up after antiglaucome surgeries were 13.5 % at 3 months,31.53 % at 6 months,37.94 % at 1 year,51.18% at 2 years,55.90% at 3 years and 63.91% at 5 years.The main causes for failing in the follow-up were likely to be economic reasons,aged,illiterates,long distance from a hospital and the poor awareness of the diseased eye.Conclusion The rates of failing in the follow-up after antiglaucome surgeries are quite high in our country,which should arise much attention for ophthalmologists and all the personnel concerned.更多还原
