【摘要】 目的研究准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(laser epithelial keratomileusis,or laser epithellal kemtoplas- ty,LASEK)术后出现屈光回退的各种可能的影响因素及其相关性。方法2003年12月至2004年8月在我院近视激光中心接受LASEK手术治疗的患者149例(278只眼),随访6～12个月。其中,发生屈光回退者15例(23只限),与余下的未发生屈光回退的患者的术前和术后资料进行对比分析。结果屈光回退率在中低度近视组为2. 56%,高度近视组6.25%,超高度近视组13.68%,三组比较差异有显著性(x~2=9.117,P＜0.05)。屈光回退组与未回退组比较,术前等效球镜、术中切削所占百分比差异有显著性(t=-2.815、-2.061,P＜0.05)。结论LASEK术后屈光回退的主要影响因素是术前等效球镜、术中切削所占百分比。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the factors that cause refractive regression after laser epithelial keratomileusis (LASEK)for the correction of myopia.Methods 278 eyes of 149 patients on which LASEK was performed after follow-up of a half or one year were included in this study,it is compared the preoperative and postoperative refractive state between 23 eyes of 15 cases with regression and those without regression.Results The rate of regression in low-moderate myopia group was 2.56% and that in high group and super-high group was 6.25%,13.68% respectively(X~2=9.117,P＜0. 05).compared the groups with and without regression,it was significant different(t=-2.815,-2.061,P＜0.05)at the equivalent Sph of preoperative and the percent of ablation depth in corneal thickness.Conclusion Regression after LASEK is related to the equivalent Sph of preoperative and the percent of ablation depth in corneal thickness.更多还原
