【摘要】 目的观察新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗难治性角膜溃疡的效果。方法17例(17只眼)角膜溃疡患者采用新鲜多层小羊膜片铺垫溃疡内外加大羊膜片覆盖。结果17只眼的视力均有不同程度提高,视力0．04-0．1者 9只眼,0．2-0．6跟者7只眼,0．8者1只眼。无1例羊膜过早脱落。结论新鲜羊膜取材容易,羊膜移植手术简单,是治疗难治性角膜溃疡的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation in refractory corneal ulcer Methods small fresh multilayer amniotic membrane pieces was inside corneal ulcer , than big fresh amniotic membrane covered on cornea. Results The vision of 17 eyes was improved in different extent . Visual acuity was 0. 04 to 0. 1 in 9 eyes, visual acuity was 0. 2 to 0. 6 in 7 eyes, visual acuity was 0. 8 in one eye. No Amniotic membrane has early fallen off corneal ucer in any case. Conclusion Fresh multilayer amniotic membrane transplantation is a very effextive method for the treatment of refractory corneal ulcer .更多还原
